Frequently asked questions

How do I top up my balance?

On the Top-up page, send USDT on the TRC20 network only to the address shown, enter the amount in USD (minimum $1) and upload a screenshot of the transfer receipt. Requests are reviewed manually; once approved the balance is added and you get an in-app notification.

Transfers on any network other than TRC20 will not arrive.

I sent the money but my balance hasn't updated. What now?

Every top-up is reviewed manually before the balance is added. You can see its status (pending / approved / rejected) under “Top-up history” on the Top-up page. If it takes too long, or it was rejected and you are sure the transfer went through, open a ticket under “Top-up & balance” and attach the receipt and the transaction ID (TXID).

Why doesn't my number show up for the person I call?

First make sure your caller number is saved in international format with the country code (e.g. 9627XXXXXXXX). In most cases your number is displayed as-is, but some carriers or handsets may hide or replace caller IDs arriving over international routes — that part is outside our control.

If it keeps happening with a specific destination, open a ticket with the number you called and the time of the call so we can investigate.

Which number can I display?

Only your own. The service exists to show your personal number that you own. Using it to impersonate another person, company, bank or for any kind of fraud is strictly prohibited and can lead to account suspension. See the Terms of Use.

How many times can I change my caller number?

You get 2 free changes. When they run out, verifying your account unlocks 2 new ones. Once verified you can also buy extra attempts: each pack = 2 attempts for $1.00, up to 10 packs at a time, paid from your balance.

How is a call charged? What is the connection fee?

Nothing is charged while the phone rings. When the other side answers, a one-time $0.50 connection fee is charged, then the per-minute rate for that destination. The rate is shown on the dial screen before you call; some destinations bill per second and others per full minute (e.g. 60/60).

To start a call you need enough balance for the connection fee plus the first billing unit. See current example rates in this guide.

My call failed or dropped. Was I charged?

If the call is not answered, no connection fee or minutes are charged. If it was answered and then dropped, only the time used until the drop is billed. If you see an unexpected charge, open a ticket with the time and number.

What is account verification (KYC) and how does it work?

Verification confirms your identity and protects the service from abuse. On the Verification page you upload the front and back of your ID and record a short face video saying the phrase shown on screen. A person reviews it and you are notified of the result; once approved you get 2 new caller-number changes.

Verification files are kept in private, non-public storage and are only accessed by the review team. Details in the Privacy Policy.

My verification was rejected. What should I do?

The reason, if given, is in your notifications. Make sure the ID photos are sharp and complete with no glare, and that your face is clearly lit in the video while you say the requested phrase, then submit again. If you need help, open a ticket under “Verification (KYC)”.

What is the $5.00 “skip verification” option?

If your free changes are used up and you don't want to verify right now, you can pay $5.00 once from your balance to get a new cycle of 2 changes. When those run out, verification is required again. This option is available once per account and is charged from your balance immediately.

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

On the Forgot password page, enter your email and you will receive a 6-digit code valid for 15 minutes to set a new password. Our team will never ask you for this code.

I didn't receive the email verification code

Check your Spam/Junk folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. You can request a new code after a minute on the verification page. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us under “Account & password”.

Can I get a refund of my balance?

Balance is prepaid credit for use within the service and, as a general rule, is not refundable in cash, except at the administration's discretion in special cases (such as a clear top-up error). See the Terms of Use, and if you have a special case, open a ticket.

Is my data safe?

All traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed so nobody can read them, and verification files and top-up receipts sit in private, non-public storage. What we collect and why is explained in the Privacy Policy.
